• Problem solving for a variety of issues related to CMMS, SAP, equipment maintenance, logistics and team management when necessary

• Managing and coordinating all planning and maintenance activities for rotating equipment for Rijeka oil refinery

• Extensive use of SAP PM and SAP MM, with advanced use of MS Excel and MS Access

• Planning yearly budget for Rotating equipment maintenance department

• Performing budget analysis on quarterly basis

• Coordinating 60 workers (technicians and engineers) on a daily basis

• Performing technical evaluations of offers for various contracts, equipment purchase, materials provision, etc. for all department needs

• Handling procurement process for entire rotating equipment needs in Rijeka oil refinery (both in SAP and directly with contractors)

• Organizing contractors, department workers and coordinating with other departments to complete the work effectively and in high quality

• Keeping track of work order status, procurement status, contractors, workers, etc. in SAP and custom MS Access database (which I created annually to complement SAP; it covered my specific needs and saved me plenty of time because I used custom made data entry form and customized data export)

• Handling cost controlling for rotating equipment department on daily basis

• Analyzing workers KPI-s and efficiency on monthly basis and (when required) taking steps to improve

• Keeping track of workshop equipment condition and certificates, and when required, assuring maintenance and/or re-certification (in accordance with legal requirements)

• HSE Engineer for rotating equipment maintenance workshop and machining workshop (responsible for workers education, ensuring safe work environment and reporting about HSE implementation to top level management)
