Education: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and industrial management, which I think is a pretty good combination.

Experience: 18+ years in both upstream and downstream Oil and Gas industry

My objective: To work in a company where my strengths will be recognized and where I can further prosper as a professional; whether as an individual, a member of a team or a manager.

Describe myself in 2 words: Problem solver... No matter the problem, I have a knack for solving it; mainly by using analytical and logical thinking... Something that is actually very hard to incorporate in a CV.

Greatest accomplishment: I was missed in every company after I moved on; by technicians and engineers working under my leadership, by colleagues, by managers, by clients.

Strengths: 

• I’m a big picture guy. I’m very good with understanding the system with all the “how-s” and “why-s”, as well as suggesting tweaks and improvements when possible. 

• I’m not afraid to speak my mind, make decisions and take responsibility. Furthermore, I'm very good at defining and/or understanding priorities in dynamic environments and busy situations.

• Fluent in English (C2 level according to CEFR, certificate available in Download section)

• I'm very versatile, hard working and cooperative.

• I have both downstream and upstream experience, with years spent in multinational (and multicultural) teams which played an important part in developing my communication skills and ability to adapt to specifics of such work environment. It has also provided me with invaluable insight in various team dynamics present in such a team, understanding of which is crucial for any successful team member or a leader.

• I am upper intermediate/highly skilled when it comes to IT technologies and I have advanced knowledge of various softwares. I have often been able to implement this knowledge and skills in my professional activities to improve my performance, as well as general efficiency of my team.

• I am a quick learner and I'm not afraid to ask when required.
